Responsibilities

• Complete well-defined tasks under close guidance to build foundational technical skills.
• Assist in engineering test activities: setup, execution, documentation, and reporting.
• Develop and revise engineering test protocols with guidance.
• Prepare and configure test setups and fixtures for mechanical testing.
• Document test results clearly and maintain traceability to requirements.
• Support prototype testing and basic CAD/drawing tasks.
• Communicate progress and learnings to mentors.
• Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
• Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency.
