Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to support the design, development, testing, and validation of its vehicles and products. You will work with engineers and cross‑functional teams, gaining hands‑on experience in mechanical design, vehicle systems, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of vehicle components and assemblies.
• Create component layouts using CAD software (CATIA/CREO).
• Perform weight, stress, and performance calculations.
• Assist with testing, validation, and data analysis.
• Coordinate testing activities and document results.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and other engineering disciplines.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
