  • You will contribute your knowledge of engineering practices and problem-solving to perform mechanical design and development activities.
  • You will support, contribute, and collaborate in a team environment, receiving inputs from program or team experts, and work on projects, determining and developing approaches and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
  • Prefer experience in mechanical or electrical design, engineering, and analysis.
  • Experience in manufacturing methods and processes, including machining, casting, forging, welding, and bonding.
  • Experience in mechanical drawing practices, dimensioning, and tolerancing.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
