Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Ops and Sr. Process Engineers to increase output, reduce scrap and rework, and improve efficiency.
• Assist projects that improve operational efficiency and deliver savings like on-time delivery and productivity.
• Identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
• Apply manufacturing best practices to enhance safety, quality, reliability and predictability.
• Work with teams to identify problems, analyze data and implement process solutions.
• Support in directing and controlling processes per defined policies and procedures.
