Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Billerica, MA is seeking an Industrial Engineering Co-Op for a 6‑month program. You will work with Industrial Engineers, Ops managers and Process Engineers to support critical projects, perform time studies and develop capacity models.

You will maintain SAP master data and help implement SOP improvements. You will leverage Power BI, Excel and Copilot to transform data into actionable insights and contribute to lean initiatives, productivity gains and cycle-time reductions.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma concepts and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Exposure to Power BI and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Adaptable to diverse team environments and proactive in learning.

Responsibilities

• Support Industrial Engineers, Ops managers and Process Engineers on high-importance projects.
• Evaluate current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct time studies and develop capacity models for critical equipment and processes.
• Assist with SOP updates and weekly Gemba walks.
• Maintain and update master data in SAP.
• Participate in projects to reduce cycle time, reduce scrap and boost productivity.
• Build visualization dashboards in Power BI/Excel to turn data into actionable insights.
