Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering; junior or senior preferred.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Eden Prairie, MN January 2027 through August 2027.
• Strong interest in product design, development, testing, and engineering problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a lead mechanical engineer to support new product development and improvements.
• Create CAD models and engineering drawings to support development activities.
• Build and evaluate prototypes using 3D printing and machining technologies.
• Execute prototype testing to evaluate performance, durability, and environmental requirements.
• Apply engineering principles learned through coursework to practical product development projects.
• Gain exposure to multiple engineering disciplines and explore areas of interest prior to graduation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support engineering objectives and milestones.
