Job summary

Peter Basso Associates, Inc. is seeking Mechanical Engineering Co-ops to join our Troy, Michigan team. You will assist engineers with design projects and use AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software on building design and renovation projects.

You may prepare calculations for various building systems and accompany engineers on site visits to support field surveys and dimensioning. Enrolled in an accredited four-year college pursuing a Bachelors' degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Interest in Architectural Engineering/Engineering Design.
• 2.7 GPA or higher.
• Enrolled in an accredited four-year college.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and designers with design projects.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit or other design software on building design/renovation projects.
• Prepare calculations for building systems and support field surveys and dimensioning.
