Job summary

Peter Basso Associates, a leading MEP engineering firm in Troy, Michigan, seeks Electrical Engineering Co-ops to join our team. You will assist engineers and designers on design projects and gain hands-on experience in building systems.

During the term, you will use AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software on building design or renovation projects, prepare calculations, and accompany engineers on project site visits for field surveys and dimensioning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• An interest in Architectural Engineering/Engineering Design
• 2.7 GPA or higher
• AutoCAD or Revit Experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and designers with design projects
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software on building design and/or renovation projects
• Prepare calculations for building systems and accompany engineers on project site visits for field surveys and dimensioning of existing systems
