Job summary

The Mechanical Engineer will support planning, design, construction, commissioning, and operation of water and wastewater facilities, pumping stations, desalination plants, water reuse facilities, and related infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the technical director and O&M managers, the successful candidate will assist with mechanical design, equipment selection, technical evaluations, field inspections, and project documentation, contributing to a growing, essential industry focused on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Preferable Texas License PE

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluation of mechanical systems for water and wastewater facilities.
• Support selection and specification of pumps, blowers, compressors, valves, piping, screens, mixers, and other process equipment.
• Prepare technical reports, equipment data sheets, and design documentation.
