Job summary

LITEON is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and validate mechanical and thermal solutions for power electronics and data center infrastructure. Based in Seattle, this full-time role collaborates with Electrical, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams, and involves hands-on prototyping and qualification.

You will create 3D CAD models, perform thermal analyses, support NPI, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient with 3D CAD and engineering analysis tools.
• Experience in mechanical design, thermal management, and data center infra.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical structures, enclosures, and thermal solutions for power electronics and data center products.
• Create CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation; support from concept to production.
• Perform thermal/structural analyses and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate across Electrical, Firmware, Validation, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support supplier collaboration and cost-reduction initiatives.
