Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a team delivering electro-mechanical automation for production and fulfillment equipment. You will design, implement, troubleshoot, and train others on new solutions supporting distribution operations.

You will collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers, lead prototyping and documentation, and manage drawings for fabrication and maintenance, aligning with safety standards at our Liberty, Missouri site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop original production and fulfillment equipment (electro-mechanical automation).
• Lead implementation, start-up, troubleshooting, modification, documentation, and training.
• Create machine part and assembly drawings for fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
• Prototype, troubleshoot, and evaluate systems; manage capital spending and supplier relationships.
