Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 3+ years of mechanical design, analysis, and testing experience.
• Experience with 3D CAD and PLM systems; knowledge of ASME Y14.5 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, document mechanical systems and components using first principles.
• Run thermal and structural simulations; perform tolerance analysis.
• Develop drawings, specifications, and BOMs per GD&T standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure producibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and environmental qualification.
