in Mechanical Engineering (M.S. preferred) with 3+ years of design, analysis, and testing experience, knowledge of GD&T, and proficiency in SolidWorks. U.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering required; M.S. preferred.
• 3+ years of mechanical design, analysis, and testing or master's degree in related field.
• Experience with 3D modelling tools (SolidWorks preferred) and first-order structural/thermal analysis.
• Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and mechanical drafting standards.

Responsibilities

• Use first principles to design, model, and document complex mechanical systems, assemblies, and components.
• Run thermal and/or structural simulations and perform tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Manage CAD data and configuration using PLM software.
