• Own the complete lifecycle of IR and E-O hardware, including design, development, and testing of mechanical systems.
• Create hardware designs for high mix, low volume production using CNC, sheet metal, and AM.
• Collaborate with project managers, system engineers, vendors, and production staff to implement improvements.
• Create and retain design documentation, BOMs, and ICDs.
