Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• CAD design skills with 2D drawings; Creo preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience; greater experience with a degree may apply.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage small to medium projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, layout, testing and evaluation of mechanical and electro-mechanical components or systems.
• Prepare design specifications, analysis and recommendations for approval.
• Analyze mechanical requirements for feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Investigate solutions to product or process problems.
• Consolidate results of mechanical design elements for projects.
• Support development, prototyping, integration and test activities.
• Present data in design reviews (PDR/CDR) and contribute to product design discussions.
