Tremco Construction Products Group, part of RPM International Inc., seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support production, develop and maintain systems to meet customer specs, and lead improvements across the plant. You will work with maintenance and process teams to optimize performance and reliability while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes capital projects, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership to sustain high-quality output and efficient operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 6+ years of engineering duties/responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with continuous web and batch process equipment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to set quality and reliability objectives.
• Coordinate quality control and site plan activities to resolve production problems.
• Design measurement and control systems for plants based on data from labs and pilot runs.
• Utilize SAP to monitor production and provide engineering support.
• Lead and mentor maintenance and engineering teams on best practices.
• Contribute to capital project planning and plant improvements.
