Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of the mechanical design team through schematic design, development, and contract document phase.
• Establish meetings and participate in code compliance reviews with governing agencies.
• Coordinate workload to complete documents on schedule.
• Conduct work sessions at project sites with Project Manager and other disciplines.
• Review mechanical documents for conflicts with other disciplines.
• Write and edit mechanical specifications; select equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with affected disciplines on addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders; integrate changes into documents.
• Provide construction contract administration as needed.
• Perform QA/QC on the work of junior mechanical staff.
