Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Knowledge of design techniques for production of technical plans and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills in thermodynamics, psychrometrics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics for mechanical systems in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
• Knowledge of engineering software and HVAC load calculation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Basic BIM software knowledge.
• Clear oral and written communication.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 5% with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and gather requirements.
• Support the execution of consulting projects as part of a project team.
• Assist with project planning and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and client instructions.
• Analyze low to medium complexity tasks with senior engineers to develop solutions.
• Participate in quality control to meet IMEG standards and client needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovation efforts.
• Prioritize safety in engineering work and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
