GH Engage in New Jersey is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team, delivering HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design for ultra-high-end residential projects. You will work with architects, contractors, and consultants from concept through construction to ensure performance and integration with architectural intent.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HVAC design, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and experience with load calculations and equipment selection.

Qualifikationen

• BSME required; EIT preferred, PE track encouraged.
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC design and field coordination experience in various building types.

Aufgaben

• Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for luxury residential projects.
• Conduct on-site surveys to document existing conditions.
• Develop load calculations, system layouts, equipment selections, riser diagrams, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare reports, specifications, and design narratives.
• Coordinate designs with architects and consultants to ensure integrated solutions.
• Review submittals, evaluate field installations, and participate in site observations.
• Approximately 15-20% field time expected.
