You will support and develop hose fittings and related components, drive improvements, and collaborate across engineering, tooling, quality, and operations teams.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited), 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in SolidWorks, PDM, and ERP systems (JDE or SAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school.
• At least five years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks to create parts, assemblies, and drawings.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• 1+ year experience using a PDM software (e.g., Teamcenter, SolidWorks PDM).
• 2+ years of experience with flow control products.
• 2+ years specifying common metals for commercial/industrial products.
• 1+ year experience using ERP software (e.g., JDE, SAP).
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems and GD&T (ASME Y14.5M).
• Basic knowledge of metal manufacturing equipment and processes and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with eng, tooling, manufacturing, quality, HSE, and maintenance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
• Provide technical support to coworkers, customers, suppliers, and auditors.
• Sustain existing products and develop new ones.
• Revise models and drawings per change processes and standards.
• Create and improve manufacturing, inspection, and test equipment.
• Read and apply industry standards and specifications.
• Perform failure analyses and write reports.
• Present technical information via Teams and in person.
