Teledyne Brown Engineering Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Mechanical Engineer 3 to develop next-generation systems for nuclear explosion monitoring. Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• US Citizenship required with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.
• Ability to travel approximately +/-10% domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Creating fabrication and assembly drawings IAW ASME Y14 standards.
• Tolerancing and design for manufacturability.
• Interpreting electrical schematics for troubleshooting and design purposes.
• Developing proposals, test reports, and design specifications.
• Toubleshooting complex systems from sensor data and log files.
