Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; min 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or product design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools (FEA).
• Strong understanding of mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science.
• Experience with product development processes, including design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Effective communication skills to present technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and assemblies using CAD software and engineering principles.
• Conduct analyses, simulations, and tests to validate designs, performance, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate materials, components, and suppliers based on performance, cost, and reliability.
• Participate in design reviews and prototyping activities to identify and resolve challenges.
• Support testing and validation activities, including test fixtures and prototypes.
