Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a position in the United States for an engineer with hands-on experience in electrical testing and failure analysis. The role involves lab testing of electric drive components, performance evaluations, and root-cause investigations of motor and generator failures.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering (1–2 years experience preferred). Visa sponsorship is available, with relocation assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in related field (Bachelor’s acceptable)
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering required
• Electrical testing experience, product development experience and failure analysis knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Lab testing of electric drive components and systems, including performance and durability testing.
• Inspections and root cause investigations into motor and generator failures, with hands-on analysis (electrical checks, visual inspections, x-ray review, materials/fluids analysis)
