Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and inspection data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support for ICMS remanufacturing and drivetrain manufacturing.
• Support teardown reviews and failure analysis of main shaft and drivetrain components.
• Assist in evaluating wear, damage, and component condition to guide decisions.
• Develop and update rebuild and assembly procedures and inspection requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
• Analyze inspection data and repair outcomes to identify trends.
