Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with design, analysis, testing and documentation.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
• Strong communication of technical info to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and analysis of assigned systems.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation and statements of work (SOW).
• Evaluate and accept engineering documentation; participate in validation and testing.
• Handle classified documentation per security guidelines.
• Maintain work records affecting design, testing and alternatives.
• Prepare written updates to senior management on status and risks.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers and customers.
• Participate in reviews, working groups and action item closures.
• Coordinate with external groups to accomplish tasks.
