Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of engineering experience in R&D, product development or manufacturing.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical design and engineering analysis.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD and GD&T knowledge; ASME drawing standards.
• Familiarity with PLM and engineering change management processes.
• Understanding of machining, molding, stamping, forging, casting, or related methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical subsystems for new products and enhancements.
• Create and review detailed drawings per GD&T and ASME standards.
• Perform analyses including FEA, motion simulations, CFD and heat transfer.
• Plan, execute, and document product validation and testing activities.
• Analyze test results and advise on engineering decisions.
• Lead or participate in Design for Manufacturing reviews (DFM).
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product teams.
• Manage engineering changes and product releases through PLM systems.
• Support supplier interactions and contribute to IP initiatives.
