Xoriant Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II for production rollout, CAD design, and supplier coordination in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on mechanical design enhancements, supporting manufacturing operations, and troubleshooting production issues in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CAD experience with Fusion 360 or SolidWorks, ability to interpret technical drawings, and a solid understanding of tolerancing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent education/relevant experience.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Hands-on experience with CAD design and technical drawings; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide mechanical engineering support for production and assembly initiatives.
• Create, modify, and maintain 3D CAD models and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with suppliers for part sourcing, manufacturing, and procurement activities.
• Identify and qualify new vendors for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Support environmental testing and product validation efforts.
• Develop inventory structures for new parts and assemblies.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing, production, and assembly-related issues.
• Travel to assembly and production locations as required.
