Hunter Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to perform intermediate-level mechanical engineering tasks, including design, analysis, and development of components and systems. You will support testing, validation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet performance, reliability, quality, and manufacturability targets.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 2–4 years of experience, with strong CAD skills and experience in design reviews,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with mechanical design, engineering analysis, and product development.
• Ability to work under general supervision while managing projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop mechanical component and subsystem designs using CAD and analysis tools.
• Perform engineering analysis to assess system performance and feasibility.
• Support design improvements for reliability, manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including drawings and specs.
• Participate in design reviews and problem-solving discussions.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical systems and components.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support mechanical testing, validation, and qualification activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other teams.
• Apply engineering principles to support new product development and improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain focus on customer requirements, product quality, safety, and business objectives.
