Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of manufacturing experience.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration on the plant floor.
• Proven ownership and leadership of projects from start to finish.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and quality improvements is a plus.
