Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking an Engineering Specialist to join our Headquarters team in Tucson, AZ. The role leads the creation of new wash systems and technologies that enhance vehicle cleaning, drying, and overall customer wash experience.

You will develop and test mechanical, electrical and lighting solutions to improve performance across Mister Car Wash facilities. The position involves driving product innovation, leading projects from concept to release, and maintaining a hands-on workshop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in CAD modelling.

Responsibilities

• Drive product innovation: research, propose ideas to enhance wash experience, improve efficiency and safety.
• Lead testing, validation, and exploration: plan and execute tests in lab and field environments.
• Prototyping and maintenance: 3D CAD design, rapid prototyping, and coordinating with production shops.
