Quality Talent Group is seeking a motivated entry-level Plant Maintenance Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of critical plant equipment in a building automation and industrial technology context.

The role focuses on monitoring reliability-based systems, developing preventative maintenance routines, and performing root-cause analysis to reduce MTBF issues while contributing to continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar field preferred.
• 0-3 years of required work experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills required.
• Self-starter/ highly motivated team player

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the operation and maintenance of the plant's equipment
• Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems
• Participate in the creation of preventative maintenance routines (PMRs)
• Analysis and elimination of repetitive problems through root cause analysis
• Support and guide sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
