The role provides support to operation and maintenance of plant equipment and oversees reliability-based systems in a manufacturing or facilities environment.

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Mechanical/Industrial Engineering background preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the operation and maintenance of the plant's equipment.
• Monitor reliability-based systems including preventive maintenance systems.
• Participate in the creation of preventive maintenance routines (PMRs).
• Analysis and elimination of repetitive problems through root cause analysis.
• Support and guide sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).

Qualifications
