Stantec’s Buildings team is seeking a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Vehicle Fueling Infrastructure in Los Angeles. You will design and specify fueling systems (hydrogen, CNG, petroleum) and lead/co-lead multi-disciplinary projects under Senior Engineers.

Expect collaboration across BIM/CAD teams, field inspections, and occasional travel. The role requires a California Mechanical-PE license, a minimum of 7 years of experience in fluid-process systems, and familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• California Mechanical-PE license required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in mechanical design of fluid-process systems.
• Experience in fueling-systems design is an advantage.
• Experience with hydrogen, CNG, and petroleum fueling systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or participate in field inspections of in-process or completed project work; travel up to two nights per trip, several trips per year.
• Coordinate with architectural, electrical, structural and other design disciplines to ensure fueling facility designs meet project requirements.
• Interface with Mechanical Designer/Drafter to prepare BIM- and CAD-based construction drawings for fueling facilities and infrastructure.
• Review submittals against specifications and design drawings; perform design-QC checks.
