Element6 Solutions in the greater Cleveland area is seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer to design and analyze mechanical systems for process industry projects. You will develop CAD models and drawings, contribute to machine and system designs, perform design simulations, and support reliability and process safety initiatives.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, help with documentation, code compliance, and permitting, and participate in R&D to improve design workflows and asset

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with experience in process or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in mechanical systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools for modeling and drafting.
• Competence in Project Management, planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Background in R&D for improving designs, workflows, and equipment performance.
• Knowledge of design simulation techniques (FEA, CFD, stress analysis) and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
• Understanding of reliability engineering, process safety, and design for manufacturability and assembly is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and commitment to safety and quality.
