Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for Charleston, SC. The role focuses on HVAC design, load calculations, and energy modeling for diverse projects within a mid-sized Buildings Systems MEP firm.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering, experience with REVIT and energy-modelling tools, and an EIT/PE license with 7+ years of field experience. Hybrid work arrangements and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar.
• REVIT, Trane Trace or HAP or IES VE Energy Modeling software.
• EIT or PE License w/ 7+ yrs. of experience

Responsibilities

• HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for a wide variety of multi-disciplinary project types
• Ductwork, piping, sizing, fan, pumps, air and water flow, SD, DD, CD
• Equipment sizing and calculations, load calculations, systems applications, Energy modeling
