Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong self-motivation, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Engineering fundamentals including Materials Science and Statics.
• Strong mathematical aptitude with ability to apply higher-level engineering calculations.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret technical specifications, customer requirements, and engineering standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative in personal and professional development, with the ability to collaborate across all levels and external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of design and fabrication of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or other equipment.
• Familiarity with ASME Code requirements (Section VIII and IX).
• Experience with CAD software.
• Fabrication experience or knowledge.
