Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join a collaborative, family-oriented team in a role focused on high-quality products and professional growth.

You will design mechanical components with AutoCAD, prototype with 3D printing, and contribute to fixture design, packaging, and electronics assembly. A strong emphasis on ISO/Lean practices and cross-functional communication will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
• Proficiency with 3D design, drafting, and 3D printing.

Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and develop mechanical components using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Utilize 3D printing for prototyping and production processes.
• Develop and implement fixturing solutions to support manufacturing needs.
• Design and oversee the packaging of industrial components for durability and functionality.
• Collaborate on electrical design and electronics assembly using Altium Designer.
• Ensure ISO manufacturing standards and contribute to procedure documentation.
• Apply lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance processes and efficiencies.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, maintaining organized project execution.
• Communicate professionally with leadership, cross-functional teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a flexible, solution-driven approach.
