Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components of endoscopes, including pullwires and transmission components.
• Work with vendors to deliver initial prototypes through production parts.
• Assemble and test early prototypes and use results to improve next rounds of designs.
• Conduct modeling and simulation tasks to inform design decisions.
• Finalize mechanical requirements and specifications for the design.
• Design tooling and fixtures for prototyping and testing.
• Support documentation of designs and test results.
• Generate design concepts for next generation endoscopic devices.
