Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of engineering experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain DoD clearance (Secret).
• Experience with 3D CAD and GD&T standards.
• Familiarity with MIL-STDs, VITA, NASA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical modules and subsystems for RF/digital electronics.
• Develop heat sinks and enclosures for VPX modules per standards.
• Run CFD to verify thermal performance against specs.
• Perform FEA for frequency, structural, and fatigue analyses.
• Create fabrication drawings with GD&T and BOMs.
• Prepare data packages and support cross-functional teams.
