Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Mechanical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join a growing team supporting diverse commercial projects. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience and hands-on Revit expertise for HVAC and plumbing design.

You will work under mentorship, grow across retail, office, higher education, aviation, and other facilities, and may travel for site visits as needed. Hybrid onsite/remote schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Commercial building experience preferred.
• FE/EIT certification preferred.
• HVAC and plumbing design experience.
• Hands-on Revit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design and support HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial building projects.
• Work with equipment such as air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, and compressors.
• Perform engineering calculations, equipment sizing, system layouts, and technical documentation.
• Develop and coordinate designs using Revit and Bluebeam.
• Support construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and construction administration.
• Participate in site visits and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Work closely with senior engineers while taking on increasing project responsibility.
