Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to provide technical skills in the design, development, and implementation of products, tooling, and manufacturing processes. This role blends hands-on engineering with cross-functional leadership and innovation that drives meaningful business impact.

The Mechanical Engineer will own mechanical design tasks from concept through implementation, develop specifications, create drawings, and support production and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Dec 2026 graduation date.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical design and engineering tasks for products, tooling, and production processes from concept through implementation.
• Develop performance specs, design concepts, and future-state solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Create and maintain drawings, models, and supporting documentation.
• Support production and quality by troubleshooting design and process issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet schedules and milestones.
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and partnerships.
