Murphy Company seeks a Mechanical Engineer for its Design/Build Group in Denver. You will support mechanical design for commercial and industrial projects, collaborate with operations, owners, and consultants, and contribute creative solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in mechanical/plumbing engineering, strong communication, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools. This is a hands-on role in a design-build environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in Mechanical/Plumbing engineering.
• Design-build project delivery experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and layout of HVAC and plumbing systems for new construction, renovations, and system upgrades.
• Support internal drawing production and construction documents using Revit.
• Perform basic engineering calculations including loads, airflow, and piping sizing; seek guidance from senior engineers.
• Attend project meetings and site surveys as needed.
