Armitage Architecture, Inc. seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support federal construction projects, including infrastructure, government facilities, and defense-related initiatives.

You will design, analyze, and ensure compliance of mechanical systems on-site, collaborating with senior engineers and construction teams. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 3–7 years of experience, and CAD expertise (AutoCAD, Revit).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Pursuit of EIT or PE License.
• Proficiency with CAD and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in large-scale construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal construction standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site and travel as needed.

Compensation

Armitage offers a salary range of $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year. Benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, group life insurance, Company paid short and long term disability, Simple IRA with 3% company match, vacation time, sick time, and paid holidays.
