Entegris is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Co-Op for the Spring 2027 season at our Round Rock, TX site. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and equipment reliability, with opportunities to work on cross-functional teams and support global site builds.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Mechanical Engineering student eligible for co-op.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, January through June.
• Must meet university co-op participation requirements.
• Spring 2027 graduation window (2027-2028) is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines with lead mechanical NPD management.
• Assemble components for subassemblies and support equipment.
• Manage changes through cross-functional partnering.
• Develop factory infrastructure to support builds and quality improvements.
• Support global site expansion and alternate factory builds.
• Verify fitment, tolerances, functionality and ease of assembly.
• Quote components and order parts with vendors.
• Support 2D drawings and BOMs up to ASME Y14.5M-2009 standards.
• Create part numbers, ECRs, and related documentation.
• Work safely and drive process improvements.
