Jobot is seeking a senior mechanical engineer to design and analyze mechanical and HVAC systems for building projects in Chicago. The role requires creating and reviewing CAD models, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with ASHRAE standards and safety regulations.

Description du poste

Design and analyze mechanical systems, HVAC systems, and building systems, using CAD tools and applicable ASHRAE principles and standards. Coordinate production and installation activities, collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and contractors, and ensure projects comply with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least five years of mechanical design and engineering experience, and an Illinois Professional Engineer license. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, CAD drafting, and Revit; have experience with PowerGEOPAK, OpenRoads, and MicroStation; and bring strong HVAC, ASHRAE, and piping design knowledge.
