The role involves coordinating with purchasing and aftermarket departments to ensure efficient production and service. The candidate should have at least five years of 3D modeling with SolidWorks and Pro-Engineer, plus 2D drafting experience with SolidWorks/Pro-E/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of 3D modeling experience with SolidWorks and Pro-Engineer.
• 5+ years of 2D drafting experience with SolidWorks, Pro-Engineer, and AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience running machines and designing/assembling fixtures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capital Equipment Design/Drafting (70%): Create machine designs in SolidWorks and Pro E; maintain change logs; support start-up and debugging.
• Tooling/Fixture Design (10%): Design tooling for various client technologies and coordinate with Project Management.
• Standard Products - Global Standardization (10%): Work with global teammates to standardize components.
• Aftermarket Support (5%): Support customer part/info requests for onsite issues.
• Local Team Support (5%): Assist site leadership and team as needed.
