Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a full-time CAD designer in Missouri to support engineering and production teams. The role focuses on CAD design, 3D modeling, and creating 2D drawings while collaborating with Manufacturing, Assembly and Maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with common manufacturing methods. SolidWorks training will be provided as needed, and MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD design and 3D modeling.
• Experience with 2D drawing creation.
• SolidWorks experience preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAD/design tasks and create 3D models and drawings.
• Produce 2D drawings and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Assembly and Maintenance teams on hands-on tasks.

Position Description:

• Full-time position, Day shift. Optional Monday-Thursday 4-day work week.
• Responsible for CAD/design tasks, documentation, and information management.
• Works with Manufacturing, Assembly, and Maintenance Teams with hands-on tasks.
• Training and guidance will be supplied as needed.

Applicant needs skills in the following areas:

• High mechanical aptitude.
• Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, good verbal & written communication skills.
• Familiar with common manufacturing & assembly methods, tools, and practices.
• CAD software for 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation. Solidworks experience preferred. On-the-job Solidworks training will be supplied as needed.
• Microsoft Office software products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
