Are you passionate about improving product performance, reliability, and patient outcomes? We're partnering with a growing medical technology organization that is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead reliability and sustaining engineering efforts for advanced capital equipment used in clinical settings.

This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role where you'll work across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Field teams to identify opportunities for improvement, investigate product performance trends, and drive solutions that enhance overall system robustness.

What You'll Do
  • Lead product reliability and sustaining engineering initiatives.
  • Analyze service, field, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for product performance issues.
  • Develop and track key reliability metrics, including failure rates and performance trends.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to prioritize and implement design, manufacturing, and quality improvements.
  • Support product lifecycle management, new product configurations, and future enhancements.
  • Provide reliability and manufacturability input during product development activities.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing or product development environment, Medical device REQUIRED.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, reliability engineering, sustaining engineering, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and drive results.
  • Experience in medical devices and/or capital equipment Required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
