Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of mechanical engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor) and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and products.
• Create and maintain 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and documentation.
• Support new product development and ECN processes.
• Collaborate with production, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing teams.
• Analyze designs and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Maintain BOMs and engineering documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues.
• Ensure designs meet safety and quality standards.
