Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) required.
• 5+ years mechanical engineering experience with 2+ years in technical sales/applications.
• High-volume client engagement (20–25 daily touchpoints) in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial communication translating formulas into financial/operational benefits.
• Stable work tenure with multi-year stays with past employers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Client Consultations: 20–25 daily client interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Specify Custom Thermal/Fluid Systems to configure client equipment packages.
• Generate rapid technical quotes, system proposals, and ROI payback models.
• Perform blueprint and value engineering, delivering design modifications to internal teams.
• Bridge Sales & Plant Floor to align quoted assemblies with lead times and fabrication limits.
• Present detailed technical specifications and compliance data to client executives.
